Community Updates
Coastal Landscaping has begun Spring Clean-up. There were many trees damaged this winter. Tree Surgeon was out recently to lean up the damaged trees and branches!
Friday, April 27, 2026 – McGowen Landscaping will start power washing. Be sure to clear your patios and walkways.
There are 2 damaged arears of fence, At Your Service will be out soon to repair them.
Friday, May 29, 2026 – Smart Solutions Pest Service will start the termite inspection at 9:00am. Please be sure to allow access to your garage, eith to your neighbor, Building Commitee volunteer, or a Board member if you will not be on site.
Pure Aire will start dryer vent cleaning on Friday May 29th through June 6th. This is required and paid for by the Association. Be sure there is access to your home.
