VGLM is an active age-restricted community association that boasts many amenities, several different styles of single-family homes, and manicured grounds in the heart of Atlantic County and only minutes away from the famed South Jersey shoreline. 

Our 9,995 square foot Clubhouse, called The Grande Club, offers a ballroom, meeting space, fitness center, billiards room, library, and game rooms, just to name a few of the well-appointed spaces for our residents to enjoy. We also have an indoor heated pool and an outdoor pool!  Other recreational amenities include tennis and pickleball courts! 

We have many Clubs and Committees with a range of activities and hold social and special events throughout the year.  We also provide landscaping, irrigation and snow removal services to the residential properties as well as the common grounds.  Even with all these amenities, we manage to keep the monthly assessment low and pride ourselves on responsible and economical fiscal management.
