Please be advised: Timber Glen COA recently passed an Amendment to the Masterdeed regarding the rental of units. Within this Amendment, it is stipulated that any person(s) who purchase a home at Timber Glen cannot use it for rental purposes within the first 2 years of ownership. If you are interested in purchasing a home at Timber Glen and have further questions regarding this amendment, please reach out to the Community Manager.
Selling your home: Please be sure to let the Community Manager know so that proper steps can be taken to ensure a smooth transition. Any documents needed for closing can be requested through condocerts.com.
